Shelley Wolfe is the Founder and Principal of Toolbox Strategic Consulting, bringing more than three decades of experience across organizational leadership, strategy, operations, technology, media, education, workforce development, and organizational change.

Her career has consistently placed her at the intersection of people, systems, technology, and strategy — helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, evolving technologies, shifting expectations, and the operational realities of change.

Shelley has worked as an executive leader, strategist, educator, media and technology professional, and advisor across nonprofit, community, creative, media, education, and business environments. That range of experience gives her the ability to see challenges from multiple perspectives: leadership and staff, strategy and implementation, technology and people, vision and day-to-day operations.

That experience shaped the philosophy behind Toolbox: the strongest solutions rarely come from looking at one problem in isolation. They come from understanding how the pieces of an organization connect, listening to the people closest to the work, identifying what matters most, and building practical solutions that can actually be implemented and sustained.

Shelley leads Toolbox engagements and brings in additional specialists and collaborators when the work calls for specific expertise. This allows Toolbox to build the right team around the challenge while maintaining a consistent strategic approach from discovery through implementation.
